It is an awesome and heavy preparation that tantalizes your taste buds with a mix of tastes, ranging from sweet to sour and going all the way to chilli… Yum is the word, I am just thinking of the taste while typing this…

Ingredients
  1. For Dhabeli Masala
  2. Cummin seeds-1tsp
  3. Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
  4. Fennel Seeds- 1/2 tsp
  5. corriander seeds-1 tsp
  6. clove-5
  7. Red Chilliy powder-2 tsp
  8. Bay Leaves-1
  9. Black Cardamom-1
  10. Green Cardomom-4
  11. For Dhabeli
  12. Buns
  13. Boiled Poatatoes- 5 (or Raw Boiled Banana)
  14. corriander chutney- 1/2 cup
  15. Imliy ki chutney-1/2 cup
  16. Oil-2tsp
  17. Dhabeli Masala- 2tsp
  18. Crushed peanut-4 tbsp
  19. Peanuts for garnishing
  20. Pomegranate {Anaar}
Instructions
  1. Dhabeli Masala
  2. In a pan heat all the masala for a 2-3 mins
  3. Allow them to cool and then grind them.
  4. Dhabeli
  5. Heat a little oil and add the dhabeli masala to it.
  6. Cook for a mins then add mashed boiled potatoes, corriander chutney, Imli Chutney,Crushed peanuts and a lemons to it and mix well
  7. Now apply chutney on the buns and fill them with the potato filling add few pomegranate seeds and peanuts Pinch of red chilly powder and serve.
