There is always a fight about how to make every one eat proper quantity of vegetables, some vegetables become difficult to push through though. Pumpkins {Kaddu} is one such vegetable.

So here is a easy to cook rePumpkin Infused Puricipe that will make sure that every one eats those pumpkins, without even knowing, that all the fiber and nutrition is going through in full force.

Ingredients
  1. Pumpkin-1/2 kg
  2. Ajwain-1 tsp
  3. Red Chilly Powder-1 tsp
  4. Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
  5. Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
  6. Wheat Flour- 2cups
  7. Besan- 2 tbsp
  8. Oil-2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Dice pumpkins into small pieces and bake at 200 degree for 10 mins.
  2. Using a mixer make the baked pumpkins into a puree
  3. Mix ajwain, red chilly powder, black pepper, garam masala wheat flour and besan.
  4. Add oil to it and knead the flour with the pumpkin paste.
  5. Let it rest for around 25 to 30 mins.
  6. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll into flat breads
  7. Deep fry the rolled dough till it rises from the centre
  8. Serve hot with Pickles and Chutney
Notes
  1. > Keep the dough covered with a slightly moist cloth till you use it
