Kaju Capsicum Paneer

Here is one rich gravy based recipe using Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Cahews and Capsicum. It is a rich recipe that every one can enjoy….
Preparation Time :: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time :: 15 Minutes
Serves :: 3-4 portions
:: Ingredients ::
> Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 4 tsp.
> Tomatoes (Medium Size) – 5
> Paneer – 250 gms.
> Red Chilies – 3
> Tili -1 tsp [Sesame Seeds]
> Black Pepper – 3/4 tsp
> Kasturi Methi – 1 tsp
> Capsicum (Medium size) – 1
> Cashew Nuts – 10 (Soaked in water)
> Salt
:: Cooking Procedure ::
> Soak the cashews in water and make a paste in a grinder of the same
> Heat 2tsp
> In one more pan heat ghee then add tilli (Sesame seeds) to it and cook till they start to crackle (A few Seconds)
> Then add 2 red chilies to it and cook for a few seconds and then add black peppers to it
> Add tomato puree and salt to taste and cook until it starts to leaves oil
> Now add cashew paste to the puree and cook the gravy for around 30 seconds while mixing
> Garnish with half cut cashews and serve hot with flat breads
