Ingredients
  1. Kabuli Chanaa – 2 cups boiled
  2. Potato – 1 boiled and chopped (medium Size)
  3. Water – 1 cup
  4. Jeera – 2 tea spoons
  5. Anar Dana – 2 tea spoons
  6. Dhaniya Powder – 2 tea sponns
  7. Red Chilli – 1/4 tea spoon
  8. Black Pepper – 1/4 tea spoon
  9. Garam Masala – 1/2 tea spoon
  10. Khatai – 1/4 tea spoon
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat water in a pan
  2. 2. Now add all the ingredients and to heated water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes
  3. 3. Garnish with Green Chilli, Dhaniya, Ginger and lemon
Notes
  1. 1. You can also cook condiments in Clarified butter [Desi Ghee] or oil
